These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bdtk15 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). bdtk15 ("we", "us", "our") operates the Platform for the purpose of providing online sports betting, casino games, crash games, and related entertainment services to eligible players in Bangladesh.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet on the bdtk15 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

bdtk15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account held by a Player on the bdtk15 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's bdtk15 wallet at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bet" means any sports bet, casino wager, crash game stake, or other real-money play placed by a Player on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, Super Wheel reward, voucher redemption, or other non-cash benefit credited to a Player's Account by bdtk15.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process applied by bdtk15 to Player accounts.
• "Platform" means the bdtk15 website, mobile site, and all associated services operated at bdtk15. pro.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the bdtk15 Platform and meets the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or is otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.

2.1 To register an Account on bdtk15 you must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Players who are under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform.

2.2 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are aged 21 years or older; (b) you are registering voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only; (c) the personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete; (d) you are not a Prohibited Person; and (e) you have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by bdtk15 for breach of these Terms.

2.3 bdtk15 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.4 Each individual may register only one Account. Operating more than one Account on the bdtk15 Platform, whether concurrently or successively, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.5 bdtk15 does not permit the registration of Accounts by individuals acting on behalf of third parties. You must be the beneficial owner of any funds deposited into your Account.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person.

3.2 You must notify bdtk15 support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. bdtk15 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 bdtk15 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from bdtk15 that asks for your password should be reported to support immediately and treated as fraudulent.

3.4 bdtk15 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where there is a reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access, fraud, or security compromise, pending investigation.

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the bdtk15 Platform must be made via the approved payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. bdtk15 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your bdtk15 wallet upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. bdtk15 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network.

4.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. bdtk15 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of an approved request during normal operating conditions.

4.5 All funds deposited into your Account must be from a payment source held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving funds from third-party payment sources, is strictly prohibited.

4.6 bdtk15 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay the processing of that withdrawal. You agree to cooperate fully with any such checks, including providing additional identity or source-of-funds documentation upon request.

5.1 bdtk15 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, Super Wheel rewards, voucher redemptions, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available.

5.2 Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms.

5.3 Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Where a Player attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, bdtk15 reserves the right to remove any duplicate bonus and associated winnings.

5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where expressly stated. Bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the applicable wagering requirement has been met, unless otherwise specified.

5.5 bdtk15 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, and to remove any bonus from a Player's Account where there is a reasonable suspicion of abuse or exploitation of promotional terms.

6.1 All sports bets placed on the bdtk15 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any bet.

6.2 Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that bet selection, stake amount, and odds are correct before confirming any wager.

6.3 In the event of a manifest error (including but not limited to incorrect odds caused by a technical error), bdtk15 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account.

6.4 Casino game outcomes on certified third-party provider titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi are determined by certified random number generators that bdtk15 has no ability to influence or override.

6.5 The use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any other means to place bets in an automated manner on the bdtk15 Platform is strictly prohibited. Any Account found to be using such methods will be suspended immediately and any associated winnings forfeited.

6.6 Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity intended to defraud bdtk15 or other players is strictly prohibited and will be referred to the appropriate authorities where applicable.

7.1 You may request the closure of your bdtk15 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of all applicable checks.

7.2 bdtk15 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) a Player breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) a Player is found to be under 21 years of age; (c) fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed; (d) the Account is determined to be a duplicate; or (e) a Player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

7.3 Where an Account is closed by bdtk15 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with that Account (including both deposited funds and bonus funds) may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, adapt, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written consent from bdtk15.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtk15 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2 bdtk15 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary interruptions to Platform availability.

9.3 In any event, the total aggregate liability of bdtk15 to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 bdtk15 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Players. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

10.2 By registering an Account on bdtk15, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance.

11.1 These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bdtk15 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with authority over bdtk15's operations.

11.3 bdtk15's decision on any dispute regarding game outcomes, bet settlement, or bonus eligibility shall be final, subject only to a formal review process initiated within 30 days of the disputed event.

12.1 bdtk15 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their Account.

12.2 Your continued use of the bdtk15 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
